Summary Abstract:	This report was prepared to accompany the 1:2,000,000 Draft Geological Map of Angola, published in 1954. It provides explanatory notes on the main geological formations and zones of Angola, including of the Littoral Zone and the Continental Massif, where the main geological sediment, systems, and series are described. There is also a section describing the main geomorphic features of the territory. The report is in the Portuguese with translation into the French language. The report includes the Draft Geological Map, but this is currently missing from the document.
